With 29 years of media and marketing experience, Jessica Birk brings substantial knowledge of accountable media best practices gained from working with leading brands.

With expertise across TV, Print, Broadband Video, and Direct Mail channels—a diverse skill set highly sought after today—Jessica is well positioned to deliver the best possible return on clients’ media investments while ensuring that innovation is a key component of all strategies.

Evidence of the team's success with Jessica's leadership is reflected in clients increasing their media spend by more than 50% due to the strong acquisition results and media efficiencies. She has also led the launch of new products for brands across multiple categories improving client efficiencies by as much as 90% from campaign start to end.

Jessica graduated from the University of Rochester with a double major in Art History and Psychology. She lives in Old Bethpage NY with her husband Neil and her two amazing teenage sons!

Barbara DiMaria

Barbara is a passionate and committed media professional, with a love of marketing. She has deep experience investing media budgets in Digital, Video, and Audio, across general market and direct response markets.

Barbara is an excellent negotiator with a proven history of delivering client KPIs with the integration of data, analytics, and strategic insight, while maintaining tight accountability controls driving client ROI. She is an experienced leader at running clients’ businesses across a wide range of categories. Skilled at growing talent and building high performance teams.

When not spending time with her family, Barbara is known for pursuing a wide-range of interests from making soap, to gardening vegetables to now gardening oysters. Her interests reflect a life-long love of learning and someone who is truly engaged.

Thalia DiMarco

Thalia brings almost 20 years of buying and negotiating experience. She is an expert in National and Local buying, as well as all broadcast channels including Television, Radio, and OTT. She has helped clients deliver, and exceed, KPIs in both the acquisition and Cost-Per-Lead space, as well as within the audience delivery space.

Thalia was a trailblazer in negotiating direct response upfronts and quarterly secured deals to broaden the buying strategies within the direct response market. Her vast and longstanding relationships with sales representatives across Cable, Local Broadcast, Satellite, and Unwired partners helps to maximize value for clients.

Thalia graduated from The Fashion Institute of Technology with a degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications. Born in Athens, Greece, her family made the move to the United States when she was seven years old. Growing up in Brooklyn, she currently resides in Howard Beach, NY with her seven-year-old twin daughters, Gia and Josephine. They share a passion for food and are constantly exploring new restaurants across all boroughs, together!

Beth Goldstein

Beth is a Direct Response expert with extensive experience helping brands maximize their visibility and engagement driven by their media. She is a marketing executive who leverages her expert skills in strategy, and marketing insights and is responsible for leading and managing account relationships across several clients. In her 20+ years at IPG, she and her team have provided expert client activation and performance across multiple categories including Health Care, Pharma, Home Repair, Food and Beverage. Beth has successfully managed numerous campaigns, ensuring her team delivers on client goals.

Michael Hooper

Michael is a seasoned media professional with over 16 years of buying, strategy, and management experience. He has assisted the ID Media business since 2019 and takes pride in delivering client KPIs, cultivating a positive team culture and strives to be effective & efficient!

Michael hails from Port Washington, NY and is an alumnus of Ithaca College. He loves to spend his free time traveling, hanging with family, and watching sports.

Allie Knorr

Allie is a Director of Media Activation at ID Media, a full-service media agency that specializes in identifying and delivering multichannel media solutions to achieve acquisition and branding. Allie has been with ID since graduating college in 2015. Her vast knowledge of National and Local buying helps meet KPI goals for all clients, including efficiency and acquisition. Her strong relationships with partners give clients the opportunity to air sponsorships, added value, and constantly push down pricing.

Allie loves to spend her free time trying new restaurants around NYC and taking her dog, Poppy, to Central Park.

Effie Sorros

With over 17 years of DRTV experience, Effie brings extensive knowledge to the team. Effie started her career at ID Media in 2006. She then honed her media buying and planning skills at direct-response agencies, such as Performics, OMD, Icon International. Effie has now come full circle and is now a Director of Media Activation.

Effie is always finding new ways to develop and grow the direct-response capabilities and how they provide value for clients. She uses her strength in negotiating, mentoring and management, along with established relationships within the industry to secure advantageous pricing, which in turn contributes to the success and growth of the company and clients.

Effie, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Marketing from St. John’s University. An East Coast native, she resides in New York with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling together.

Director, Direct Response Media Investment

Lauren Zipkin

Lauren is a Director of Direct Response Activation at ID Media. She entered the business soon after graduating from college in 2014. She joined ID Media in November 2021, following seven years as a TV Buyer and then Supervisor at Chief Media. An expert in Direct Response, Lauren oversees the KPIs and deliverables for several clients in both the national and local marketplaces. She is a passionate negotiator and gets a thrill from securing great deals for her clients. Additionally, Lauren manages and mentors a team of Buyers and Assistants, shaping the next generation of DR experts.

Lauren is a graduate of Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media & Communication and Film Studies. Besides her brief stay in Pennsylvania, Lauren is a born and bred New Yorker. Now living in New York City, by way of Long Island, Lauren is a frequent patron of Broadway musicals and different exercise classes. While she currently has no pets, she loves saying hi to her neighbors’ dogs in the hallway.

Senior Analyst, Business Systems and Operations

Elijah McKee

Utilizing her problem-solving and analytical skills, Elijah is committed to furthering the success of the client as a Senior Analyst within ID Media. As an Analyst, Elijah performs activities and support for all direct response campaigns in which she provides media systems assistance, technical project coordination and implementation, documentation, data visualization, data warehousing, and data analytics.

Elijah loves to spend her free time traveling, playing softball, and spending time with friends and family.
