Amy Armstrong SVP, Director of Client Services
A focused media professional, Amy has worked with some of the world's best companies in a range of categories, including technology, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications. Her insightful leadership is derived from a strong marketing sensibility and unusually broad media expertise, spanning short- and long-form DRTV, online, direct mail, consumer and trade magazines, newspapers, and promotional media.
Since being named Director of Client Services for ID Media's Los Angeles operation in July 2002, Amy has helped drive both revenue and office growth. Among the client relationships Amy oversees are Kaiser Permanente and Broadview Security (formerly Brink’s Home Security). ID Media is the only media services firm with a rate agreement with ADVO, the nation's largest direct mail company, which Amy leverages on behalf of these clients.
Amy started her direct response career working on AT&T at Chapman Advertising in New York. From Chapman, Amy joined the New York office of Draft to launch Bell Atlantic's long distance advertising campaign. In 1998, Amy left Draft to become a Media Supervisor at Grey Direct, New York, only to rejoin to Draft in 2000. She later served as an Associate Media Director there.
Amy graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor's of Science degree in business, with an emphasis on marketing.
